1. Returns & Refunds Overview

At DavidNu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

 

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

✔️ Unused and in its original condition

✔️ In the original packaging

✔️ Returned within 30 days of delivery

 

If your return meets these conditions, we will process a refund or exchange.

 

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Receive a Return Authorization – We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).

3️⃣ Ship the Item – Pack the product securely and send it back using the provided return label.

 

🚚 Who Covers the Return Shipping?

 

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product), we cover the return shipping cost.

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).

PayPal: Instant or up to 3 business days.

🔔 Partial Refunds: If the item is returned not in its original condition or past the 30-day window, only a partial refund may be issued.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

❌ Used or damaged items due to customer misuse

 

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

✔️ Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
